We close with our attorney. You’ll receive a draft HUD beforehand showing all costs and your exact cash-to-close amount.
What to Know Before Closing
Cash offers preferred. But private or hard money are fine! Please disclose lender details upfront in your offer.
We do not provide ARV estimates or rehab budgets. Do your own due diligence before submitting.
